Co-Working Space Coordinator - Full Time (48h per week)

Your Role

As a Space Assistant you’ll work closely together with the owners and can look forward to diverse tasks in our new co-working space in Luang Prabang.

What does that exactly mean?

  • As Co-Working Space Coordinator you’re the first point of contact for our members and guests when they check-in or asking for information. That means you’re responsible to make sure that our existing customers experience a positive and professional work environment at our space but to also build relations to them as well as potential future customers.
  • You’re responsible for the daily operations of the space including opening and closing according to our opening hours, check of the technical equipment and inventory, purchasing needed items, serving snacks and drinks, organizing community events as well as the cleaning of the space.
  • You’re also assisting the owners with the business administration and marketing including preparing reports and social media content.

Your background

  • You’re a Lao national with work experiences in business or tourism  and direct contact with customers or currently studying a business or tourism-related program.
  • You’ve an independent, solution-oriented and ambitious way of working as well as strong customer orientation.
  • You’re familiar using a computer and various online and offline softwares such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • You can communicate confidently at all levels and in Lao and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
