Booking & Cancellation Policy

For bookings/reservations in advance The Desk Co-Working charges a 30% down payment of the total payment. Down payments can be done via bank transfer in US Dollars (USD)  or in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). The bank information will be provided to you in the booking process. 

If our crypto wallet provider identifies the sending wallet or transaction as (potentially) harmful or fraudulent then the transaction will be denied and returned to the sending wallet address. Any costs associated with this process are borne by the customer/member.

All bookings at The Desk Co-Working can be cancelled under the following time restrictions:

• If a cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the agreement start, then the customer/member will be refunded 100% of his/her payments.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the agreement start, then the customer/member will be refunded 70% of his/her payments.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the agreement start, then the customer/member will be refunded 50% of his/her payments.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the agreement start, then all payments are non-refundable.
